I’m pulled

picking oranges off a tree

pulling carrots from

the ground

like a chimp

my intelligence

is slipping

dropping

to a new

low

like a gimp

I dream of bananas

floating in a stream

to where

they go

calories and cooked

foods built

this brain

of mine

making me insane

like no one knows

I don’t eat meat

all the time

and now I’ve changed

me and mine

I”ll never be the same

again

unlike the common man

we are no longer tame

but I am not
