when I go outside
into my backyard sanctum
therein lies God surrounding me
speaking through birds chirping
in crawling lizards on my block wall
hummingbirds drinking from the feeder
and the vibrations of love emanating all around me
as I sit drinking Japanese green tea on my patio chair
being where it is I want to be.
